All of Jake's friends come to visit when he finds himself ill on Christmas Day.

- This episode was made after the events of Jake's Been Sick. Basically, unlike last time, Milo and Fizz were capable at going near Jake, as they now always learned that it's good to have friends, even if they're sick (Whether they threw up or not).
- This is the second time Jake threw up. However, it was never shown this time, and it's possible that his Mum already cleaned up and dried up the carpet where he was sick before the start.
- During the visit, Bella wore a charm necklace. It's possible that she got it for Christmas off-screen before she came to visit Jake.
- It's unknown how Bella and Milo came at the same exact time. Either they live close to each other, or maybe not and just got there the same time by surprise.
- It's unknown if this was filmed before or after Izzles was introduced.
